SoulCollage 101

A mindfulness group where participants will create unique SoulCollage® cards and develop a foundation to one’s soul journey. The premise of the card making is that you are creating individualized cards about all parts of who you are. No artistic abilities needed here! We’ll eventually bring in content from Carl Jung and you’re discovering your own archetypes and peeling away layers of your SELF like an onion. There is so much to learn about SoulCollage® and this is the perfect time to jump in as future group topics will get more in-depth on self-discovery and how to incorporate these cards into your daily life, including but not limited to personal readings. This process is intended to be fun and nurturing.
