Time & Location

Ship Bottom, 382 W 9th St, Ship Bottom, NJ 08008, USA
About the event
A mindfulness group where participants will create unique SoulCollage® cards and develop a foundation to a soul journey. SoulCollage® was originated by the late Seena Frost, a psychotherapist. The premise of the card making is that you are created individualized cards about yourself. No artistic abilities needed here! We’ll eventually bring in content from Carl Jung and you’re discovering your own archetypes and peeling away layers of your SELF like an onion. There is so much to learn about SoulCollage® and this is the perfect time to jump in as future group topics will get more in-depth on self-discovery and how to incorporate these cards into your daily life, including but not limited to personal readings.
