Mending Hearts Widows Group

This is an open support group for widows (women) in the local community coming together to discuss their experience with loss and to learn from one another on how to navigate the waters of grief.  It does not matter how long you have been widowed, you are welcome to join and partake in this community. Each group runs about 75-90 minutes. This is a free resource and it is held every 1st Wednesday of the month. First time visitors are asked to register and for ongoing, registration is preferred but not necessary.  Please call/text/email me to sign up for the group.  Resources and open discussions facilitated by all participants are provided at each group gathering. This is a not a therapy group, rather a support group for the community.
