Managing Grief Through the Holidays

The holidays can be a challenging time when dealing with the passing of a loved one. As a widow, I am familiar with this challenge at this time of year and invite you for a discussion on exploring ways to make the holiday season more bearable for your heart. Whether this is your first holiday season without your loved one's physical presence or your seventh season, all are welcome. Widows, widowers, parent losing a child or child losing a parent, sibling losing a sibling, etc.  It would be an honor to have you attend.

• I have scheduled the class to be 90 min in length, but it may go closer to 2 hours. Time flexibility is asked and appreciated. 
• Each class will offer the same premise of coping skills and tools; however, discussions may vary depending on the members.
