Mending Hearts Widows Group
Grief after losing a partner can feel overwhelming, isolating, and at times impossible to put into words. The Mending Hearts Widows Group was created to remind you that you don’t have to face this journey alone. Each month, widows of all ages and stages come together in a safe and welcoming space to share stories, hold space for one another, and find comfort in being truly understood. This is a community built on compassion and connection—where the weight of loss can be lightened through listening, sharing, and simply being among others who “get it.”
What to Expect
This is not a therapy group—it is a peer-based community where women can connect with others who truly understand what it means to lose a spouse. In this safe and supportive space, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Share your grief journey at your own pace
-
Hold space for others as they share theirs
-
Learn from the wisdom and experiences of fellow widows
-
Build lasting connections with women who “get it”
-
Every gathering is about presence, compassion, and community—reminders that you don’t have to carry grief on your own.
